Vivo Linux

Vivo Linux is a new Linux distribution loosely based on Debian and more specifically on Ubuntu. Vivo is currently under development by a small team of programmers. We hope to make this a community-developed product and receive contributions from pre-existing open-source communities.

Vivo is being developed with the first-time computer user in mind. The interface will be very different from previous Linux distributions or any proprietary software. Our promise is that Vivo will take no more than 15 minutes to learn. The interface will maximize accessibility, functionality and simplicity. It will include cutting-edge accessibility features for disabled and functionally limited individuals.

Our goal is to break down all barriers that prevent anyone from using a computer.

Vivo includes a customized web browser, email client, music and video players, office software, many built-in games, and much much more... It is the perfect operating system for those who seek simplicity in computing, and are frustrated with the complex and crowded interfaces of today's software.

And best of all, Vivo will always be free of charge!
